As 2024 marks a milestone year at Signature, the recognition we receive holds an even deeper meaning as it underscores our 20-year commitment to transforming healthcare, embracing belonging, and elevating industry standards.
Since Signature Performance’s inception in 2004, we’ve blazed new trails in the healthcare industry and pioneered innovative solutions to benefit our nationwide workforce. Innovation has been the foundation of our success, and it is a distinct privilege to be named a recipient of the 2024 Business Excellence Awards in the category of Innovation by the Greater Omaha Chamber.
Our mission is to improve the health of our clients’ business and make the lives of the people we work with better. A mission of this nature requires two distinct approaches to innovation.
Innovation in Healthcare
Signature Performance is positioned to transform healthcare, starting with improving the experience for our Veterans. Harnessing new technology and AI, Signature developed ClaimsXM, a data-driven approach that streamlines repetitive tasks, reducing the manual challenges associated with claims administration. Innovation in healthcare looks like building solutions that address and efficiently streamline medical claims processing.
“ClaimsXM is breaking down barriers in healthcare by automating processes to ensure accuracy of payment and prompt payment. With these efforts, ClaimsXM has achieved over a 94% auto-adjudication rate,” Daphne Freese, Director of Claims XM, said. “These innovations are improving the health of our clients’ business by getting payments to providers and members quicker yet accurately.”
Innovation in the Associate Experience
Challenged by a global pandemic that sparked the world of remote work, Signature looked inward and asked how Associates could be better served. Four years later, innovation shows up in the ways we connect, inspire, and build our team. In 2023, we launched new DEI and Belonging initiatives, including Connection Points and the Diversity Circle. Innovation in the Associate experience looks like meeting our team members where they are with the resources they need to grow, belong, and thrive at Signature.
