Scott Simet

Scott Simet serves as the Vice President of Talent Operations at Signature Performance and serves as a member of the Leadership Team.

Scott manages and develops the Talent Operations strategy including benefit administration, compensation, policy development and compliance, associate relations, payroll, performance management, safety & emergency management, as well as oversight of the human resource information system. Scott has been with Signature since 2011, starting in an operations management role and transitioning to Talent Operations in 2015.
