Amy Hennings

Amy Hennings is the Senior Vice President of Organizational Experience at Signature Performance. Amy has been with Signature for over six years and also serves as a member of Signature’s Leadership Team.

Amy is dedicated to working with Associates to ensure they have the ability to join, grow, belong and thrive at Signature Performance. She believes that people are the key differentiator in any business and loves to help create organizational development strategies to enhance the associate experience. With her background in marketing, communications and culture development, she has experience with constructing thriving teams, strengthening branding through thought leadership and developing internal communications programs. Her passion for organizational and cultural development has led her to study with some of the giants in the industry, including Zappos, Google, Southwest Airlines and Amazon.

Amy is a certified Experience Management Professional (XMP), the premier credential recognizing expertise in the discipline of experience management. Amy also helps drive strategic alignment for Signature's TalentXM service offering.
